Running
Most of our members arrange running training individually. Although we do sometimes have a Run session when we do not have pool access on the first Thursday of the month.
For structured running training we recommend our sister club Spirit of Monmouth RC (same location, separate membership).
They meet at the following times
Tuesdays: 7.20pm Alternate weeks steady run & speed session
Thursdays: 7.00pm Steady run
Alternately FODAC in the Forest of Dean do track sessions.
